Change Your Flight

If you are planning to travel within a week (including the current date), you can submit a request for the flight date change. Otherwise, please contact us through our contact numbers or via our digital channels (Facebook Messenger or Telegram Bot). If you want to travel on the same date as the original travel date but with a different flight, please contact us through our  global support numbers..

Rules and Regulations for Flight Change

  • Make sure to provide full information while completing the form.
  • Price is always subject to change.
  • If a date change is requested on or after the flight date, an additional NO SHOW fee will apply.
  • A no-show for a flight is considered when a Passenger fails to use as booked or cancel the Reservation 24 hours before departure of the Scheduled flight.
  • For bookings originally made on the mobile app or Ethiopian Airlines official website you may directly process flight change by clicking here.
  • Please be advised that this request will not be reversed once the application is submitted by filling out this form.
