Refund Request

Rules and Regulations for Refund

  • Make sure to provide full information while completing the form.
  • If refund is requested on or after the flight date, an additional NO SHOW fee will apply.
  • A no-show for a flight is considered when a Passenger fails to use as booked or cancel the Reservation 24 hours before departure of the Scheduled flight.
  • For ticket issued by travel agency, please contact the respective office where the ticket is issued for refund request.
  • For ticket originally purchased on cash or through bank deposit please contact the nearby Ethiopian Ticket office or your travel agency.
  • For bookings originally made on mob app/Ethiopian Airlines official website you may directly process refund by  clicking here.
  • In case of service interruptions due to airline's schedule change and cancellations,  complete below refund form for extra services such as; Seat selection, Upgrading, Extra Baggage requests, WIFI services, Lounge access and Priority Boarding.
  • Please be advised that the booking will be cancelled for the entire journey.
  • Please be advised that this request will not be reversed once application is submitted by filling out this form.
