1. How do I apply for refund for my flight ticket?

If you are not able to attend your flight and want to apply for refund due to the conditions mentioned in the Terms & Condition, you can only apply online Here.

2. Am I entitled for full ticket refund?

You can get a full refund for your flight ticket if you have purchased a Refundable Booking service while booking on our website and the reason for your cancellation is covered by the service's Terms & Condition

3. Do I get refund even if my journey includes other airline other than Ethiopian airlines?

Yes, you will be eligible for full refund as long as you purchase the service on the Ethiopian Airlines website and meet the terms and conditions.

4. How can I follow up my refund application?

You will receive an email notification with your application status to the email address you provided. You can also request a reminder email if needed.

5. Can I apply for refund if I haven’t purchased this refundable booking?

If you have not purchased a Refundable Booking service, your refund will be subject to the regular ticket refund conditions. Therefore, you need to contact your nearest Ethiopian Airlines office or Global Customer Interaction Center
